Where can I buy and sell my tickets second-hand?

You can buy and sell your tickets safely through TicketSwap.


Purchasing second-hand tickets can be risky. We wouldn’t be Tixify if we didn't do our best to reduce the chance of second-hand ticket sales going wrong. For that exact reason, we have an ongoing collaboration with both TicketSwap.

Every Tixify ticket can be sold safely via TicketSwap. Each Tixify ticket is invalidated once it is sold through TicketSwap and is replaced with a completely new ticket with a unique barcode.

Safe ticket resale: Use TicketSwap for secure buying and selling. Tixify ensures reliable second-hand sales. Any Tixify ticket can be safely sold on TicketSwap, providing new validated tickets with unique barcodes

I bought a ticket without my promotional code, now what?

No promo code on purchased ticket? Contact event organiser.

How can I rebook my tickets?

Need to rebook tickets? Follow these steps: If wrong tickets or different day, contact event organizer for rebooking. Organizer policies vary, so reach out directly for request

My payment shows as pending

Pending payment? Here's the deal: If you bought tickets but didn't get them, your bank might still be processing the payment. Status: 'Payment processing'. Tixify awaits bank confirmation. Certain methods take more time. Once payment's done, you'll receive tickets; otherwise, order cancels.

My tickets are preparing

Tickets in preparation? Here's what to know: Can't download yet—still generating. Usually ready in minutes. If not, email tickets@tixify.live with issue details, event name, purchase email, and bank statement copy. Provide all info for swift assistance.

My refund has failed

Refund unsuccessful? Here's what's up: Tixify emailed for more info on your refund. Reasons include: non-existent IBAN, credit card, or PayPal; transaction declined by bank/PayPal; payment info access expired. What to do? Reply to email with: Your IBAN (no spaces), account holder's name, and bank’s BIC code. Without info, refund can't proceed.

I've received a partial refund

Partial refund received? Here's why: 1. Two separate payments mean two refunds, possibly arriving at different times. 2. Refund amount differs from payment? Organizer-initiated refunds. For details or missing refund, contact event organizer.

When can I expect my refund?

Waiting for refund? Here's what to know: 2 refund scenarios: 1. Organizer-initiated: After your request, expect money back in 5 business days. If not, ask organizer. Contact info on their site or social media. 2. Event postponed/cancelled: If you requested refund, see status page for details. If refund window closed, process takes time. Refund date determined by organizer. Questions? Contact organizer via website or social media

How can I request a refund?

Need a refund? Follow these steps: If you can't attend, contact event organizer to request refund. Step 1 - Reach out to organizer. Organizer's contact info on website or social media. Step 2 - If organizer denies, Tixify can't refund without their approval.

What are sealed tickets?

Understanding sealed tickets: These are downloadable just before event starts. Organizer's anti-fraud measure to ensure fair ticketing.

When can I download my Sealed Tickets?

Sealed Tickets download timing: Get them shortly before the event. Check order status page for specific date and time.

How do I reach the order status page?

Access order status page: Step 1 - Check confirmation email for 'Download tickets' link. Step 2 - Use Lost Ticket tool if email lost. Step 3 - If still stuck, email help@tixify.live with event name, purchase email, and bank statement copy for speedy assistance.

I want to resell my Sealed Tickets

Selling Sealed Tickets? Secure options: If organizer partners with TicketSwap: Step 1 - Visit order status page through 'Download tickets' link in confirmation email. Step 2 - Under 'Changed your mind or can’t go?' section, choose TicketSwap or Tixel for safe resale.

I have requested a refund, but I have switched bank

Changed bank after refund request? Here's what to do: Due to privacy laws, we can't see your bank account. Automatic refunds go to original account used for order. Can't redirect to new account. Refund sent to old account, but it'll bounce back. Once received, manual refund starts. Email ticket-help@tixify.live with 'change of bank account' in subject. Include: Purchase email, event name, IBAN of new bank account, BIC code. Provide all info for swift assistance.
