I can’t redeem my tickets
You must redeem your tickets before the deadline specified by the organisation. This deadline can be found on the order status page and will be communicated to you by email.
The deadline has passed
If you are late in redeeming your tickets, please contact the event organiser.
You can find the organisation's information on their website or social media channels.
I’m having problems with the payment
If you’re having trouble redeeming the tickets, please send an email to help@tixify.live with the following information:
- The name of the event
- The email address used to purchase the tickets
- A copy of the bank statement for the transaction of the down payment
It’s important that we receive all of the above information in order to help you quickly as possible.
