Pending payment? Here's the deal: If you bought tickets but didn't get them, your bank might still be processing the payment. Status: 'Payment processing'. Tixify awaits bank confirmation. Certain methods take more time. Once payment's done, you'll receive tickets; otherwise, order cancels.
Tickets in preparation? Here's what to know: Can't download yet—still generating. Usually ready in minutes. If not, email tickets@tixify.live with issue details, event name, purchase email, and bank statement copy. Provide all info for swift assistance.
Refund unsuccessful? Here's what's up: Tixify emailed for more info on your refund. Reasons include: non-existent IBAN, credit card, or PayPal; transaction declined by bank/PayPal; payment info access expired. What to do? Reply to email with: Your IBAN (no spaces), account holder's name, and bank’s BIC code. Without info, refund can't proceed.
Partial refund received? Here's why: 1. Two separate payments mean two refunds, possibly arriving at different times. 2. Refund amount differs from payment? Organizer-initiated refunds. For details or missing refund, contact event organizer.
Waiting for refund? Here's what to know: 2 refund scenarios: 1. Organizer-initiated: After your request, expect money back in 5 business days. If not, ask organizer. Contact info on their site or social media. 2. Event postponed/cancelled: If you requested refund, see status page for details. If refund window closed, process takes time. Refund date determined by organizer. Questions? Contact organizer via website or social media

Changed bank after refund request? Here's what to do: Due to privacy laws, we can't see your bank account. Automatic refunds go to original account used for order. Can't redirect to new account. Refund sent to old account, but it'll bounce back. Once received, manual refund starts. Email ticket-help@tixify.live with 'change of bank account' in subject. Include: Purchase email, event name, IBAN of new bank account, BIC code. Provide all info for swift assistance.
