My payment shows as pending
If you’ve purchased one or more tickets but haven’t received them in your inbox, it could be that your payment hasn’t been processed by the bank.
What does this mean?
Your payment has the status: “Payment processing”. This status means that your bank is currently checking whether your payment can be completed or not.
Your payment hasn’t yet been completely processed by your bank, which means that Tixify hasn’t received the payment yet. Some payment methods can take longer than others. Moreover, your bank may take more time to check your payment than other banks.
Once the payment has been fully processed and accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your tickets, and if the payment can't be completed, the order will be canceled and your reservation won't be valid.
