My order is cancelled because I sold one or more tickets through TicketSwap

Due to our SecureSwap integration with TicketSwap, we know when Tixify tickets have been sold. You sold your tickets through one of these platforms, and therefore your tickets have been cancelled, and the new owner has received new valid barcodes. You can no longer use the tickets you sold to attend the event.



What can I do if I still want to attend the event?


Since you sold your tickets, you will no longer be able to use them to attend the event. If you would still like to attend the event, you’ll need to purchase new tickets.
